Yes. To post a review you create an account, confirm your email and pass a quick spam check, and each customer can leave one review. Reviews are published unedited and are never removed for being critical, so the overall rating reflects what real customers actually submitted.

You have 45 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached, and you'll need proof of purchase. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and a tracked service is recommended.
Roughly 6 to 10 business days in total: about 3 to 4 business days to process, then another 3 to 6 in transit once dispatched. Orders placed before 2pm EST on a weekday start processing the same day, and everything ships tracked within the US.
